  9. Russian  Locale  System. This system bases on DM russian character set
  10. which is official charset for any russian translations in  ATO  (Amiga
  11. Translators  Organization).  I  am  Russian Administrator ATO and more
  12. people ask me about localization in Russia. So these archives are  for
  13. anybody who is interest with it.
